Hello RedFox Team,

I wanted to buy AnyDVD HD but the payment process fails.

After I entered all my data and the payment provider's page has confirmed, it's going to process the payment, my banking institute's 3D-Secure Targobank web page appears, informing me that the data which the dealer provided is invalid and, hence, payment could not be confirmed. Shortly after that I get redirected to a Redfox' web page telling me that the "order was not processed."


I called my bank and gave a full payment approval.
The limit of the card is much higher than 109EUR, so that's not the problem
The bank does not receive a request from the dealer.

I have already tried 2 different browsers and an Android phone for payment, but always get the same error.

Please Help me.

Really need to send in a support ticket as it needs to be handled by them. Maybe @Pete or @Jill can help.
