Audio-only tracks on a BD

The German Rathbone Sherlock Holmes bluray set has on Disk5 6xaudio-only tracks (no video track in the m2ts file).
They are selectable as bonus tracks but fail to rip. They also hang the preview player if I try to play them.
Worth mentioning as a bug? Obviously a pretty rare situation, an audio-only m2ts.
 
Can you point me to the exact disc (for example on Amazon)?

If you have the right disk, it says on the label Die Perle der Borgia, das Haus des Schreckens, Radiohoerspiele
Radiohoerspiele = Radio plays and these are the audio-only files
The titles come up on Clonebd as Bonus #1 - Bonus #6, they are each around 29 minutes long
On the disk 00023-00028.m2ts
