Yes your are using AnyDVD. 'RedFox' is the project name. The software is called 'AnyDVD' not 'RedFox'. That said, please read the link I provided. No logfile: we can't help you.

Ch3vr0n asked for the logfile, not the text of what you've just posted.

Please follow everything in the link he sent you.

Yep, that's it.

Now, someone will look at your log and see what the issue is.

Probably that is the case. Just a friendly tip, in the future, if you ever have a DVD (or Blu-ray, if you ever start using that type of disc) that gives you issues, start a thread, unless it's a new disc that has a lot of people posting here, and post your log.

Studios sometimes release different versions of disc releases. A rental version might be different than the retail. Or there might be multiple versions of the retail where the protection isn't identical on them all. Or, it's possible the problem is a bad disc, borderline disc, picky DVD drive, etc.

There are read errors in your log files. Read errors are always a bad thing. I cannot say if this is due to the protection being used on this disc release or it's a problem with the disc or your drive. A developer or other knowledgeable RedFox person who knows more will have to look.

I believe, there are two problems.
1.) New protection, AnyDVD update probably required. (Too many titles may be shown by CloneDVD)
2.) Your disc and / or drive is dirty and / or defective, too. (Read errors in your log)

You can try AnyDVD 8.1.8.1 which contains a fix for this disc, but I doubt the read errors will go away.
Don't forget to buy an AnyDVD license, if you are happy.
