ANYDVD says 182 is the correct MPLS for RED but when I check it in MakeMKV lists it as 464? Anyone know if the ANY versions choice is correct or get a chance to compare 182 vs 464?

Sorry, that disc wasn't known by AnyDVD and it made an incorrect guess.
464 is correct, OPD updated, now it's correct.

When I open my ISO file in CloneBD or AnyDVD HD it still shows the MPLS as 182 when 464 is correct.
Do I need to use the original disk? Wouldn't the ISO file be the same?

Not if you ripped with protection removed. Then the 'damage' is done and cannot be undone. The fix is added to the OPD. You'll need to rerip from the original disc, the new iso should then behave correctly

You have to provide a log file. We have no way of telling whether you have the same disc as Barnabus.
