Hello to all.

Already one thousand excuses for my bad English ;)

I have a problem with the use of Game Jackal.

I am scrupulously the tutoriel to create a profile, but he(it) does not work, the game always asks me for the DVD. :(

I tested Game Jackal with Call of Duty 1 Call of Duty 1 + addon and Call of Duty 2

I use the version GameJackal Pro 2.9.18.570 released

Here are the information asked

1. What version of Game Jackal are you running?

-> GameJackal Pro 2.9.18.570 released

2. What Operating system are you using? 64 bit? service pack?

-> Windows XP Pro SP2

3. If you have virtual drives, disable them while profiling and playing
profiles.

-> Daemond tools

4. Remove packet writing software from your system (including Directcd, Incd,
DragtoDisc, Drive Letter Access, CyberLink InstantBurn, etc.)

-> I use AnyDVD v6.1.7.0

5. What protection does your game use? Don't know? Find out before posting about
issues (and include that information)! Use Protection ID. It's a free program.
Use ProtectionID and scan your HD directory where the game is installed (right
click the icon on your toolbar, and select "scan files/folders"). Or just scan
the main program .exe(s) that you find in the game directory on your hard drive.
Provide the protection name and the version number.

->Impossible to use Protection_ID.exe, my antivirus finds a malware (New Malware.aq)

6. What is the name of the game you're trying to run?

-> Call of Duty 1 , Call of Duty + Addon and Call of Duty 2

7. What is the version of the game?

-> Call of Duty 1 (version 1.30), Call of Duty + Addon (Version 1.45) and Call
of Duty 2 (Version 1.2)

8. Is it cd or dvd version?

-> Call of Duty 1 and addon CD version and Call of Duty DVD version

9. What region or country is the original disc from?

-> Code free and code 2

10. What cpu are you running?

-> Intel core 2 duo

11. What optical drives (dvd-rom,cd-rom, burners) are you using to create
profiles with? What firmware version is installed on your reader?

-> Drive NEC,DVD_RW ND-4551A, 1-07 05111800, Code région 2
-> Drive LG, HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GSA-H20L, 1.00 06/01/06, Code région 2

12. What security software (firewall, antivirus) are you using? Please provide
version numbers.

-> I use ZoneAlarm v7.0.337.000 and Macfee anti v8.5i

13. Describe your problem, provide full error messages, and please state clearly
what you were doing when you received those error messages.

14. You should have two log files in your Game Jackal directory. The first is
called. Proc Monitor.log, and the second is called Profiler.log. Copy and past
the information into your next post. Here is one way to do it:

This needs to be disabled. The virtual drives and emulation from Daemon Tools need to be off when creating profiles--and when running them.

Anydvd isn't packet writing software. Nero's Incd, for example, is.

That's a false positive from your antivirus program. Disable it while you install Protection_ID.

While he didn't provide the full error message, based on what he wrote, it seems as though the error message is something like "Please insert the original disc."

I have nero 7 of installed on my PC, me owes the déinstaller or not?

I created a profile with off daemond tools and I have the same problem
 
Can you please post your "profile.log" file (not profiler.log)

C'est à ne plus rien y comprendre ! Après plusieurs postes sur le forum et de multiples tentatives de créer un profil sous Game Jackal ; par pur désespoir, j'ai passé Game Jackal en langue anglaise et là miracle quand je génère un profil en faisant exactement les mêmes manipulations lorsque Game Jackal était en langue française, cela fonctionne.

Alors la grande question, les développeurs utiliseraient-ils des variables dans leurs fichiers de traductions qui poseraient problème avec la version française ?

It is at no longer something to it include! After several post offices about the forum and of multifold endeavors to create a profile under Game Jackal by pure despair I passed Game Jackal in English and there miracle language when I generate a profile making quite same handlings when Game Jackal was in language French, it operates.

Then the main issue, the developers would they use variable in their files of translations which would set problem with the version Frenches?
