AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.

No. The studios don't care about CinDe. (BTW, "Bert the beaver" was the first Cinavia detector, just to put things straight). But they don't care about Bert either.
Probably one test person bought the disc after 40 minutes watching, not 20 (normal Cinavia cut-off time).
