Can't Copy Sugar Creek

I have tried to copy the Sugar Creek DVD several times and keep comming up with same error.

Creation of DVD was not successful
Invalid block start code
PS 10 VOBU 4 451416 120 Clone 6 TCE

I have the latest verisions of:
CloneDVD2 2.9.1.2
AnyDVD 6.1.7.0

I have included all the IFO Files

There's no protection on that disc, not even CSS.

I have tried sereral times and it keeps giving me same error. I have tried ANYDVD Rip and DvDCopy2

What colour is the bottom of the disc? Does it look silver?

No css. region free. single layer

Does not look like an official commerical disc to me . . .
