Can you translate the error message into English please? I can't read Italian.

Well, I can't read Italian, but I think this is the solution:

a) You can usually ignore that error message, and Anydvd will still work properly with your burning program.

b) If you're still having problems, this is what you do

i. Right click the fox on your toolbar. Exit Anydvd
ii. Click start. Right click on "My computer"--->select "properties".
iii.Click on the 'Hardware' tab--->click the 'device manager' button.
iv. Open the dvd/cdrom branch---> right click on your optical drive
v. Click "properties".
vi. You should have a region tab. From there you can select a region.
vii. Select the region that matches the region on the disc
viii. Start Anydvd
ix. click the fox icon on your toolbar. Go to Video dvd--->settings
x. Change the default to match the region on the disc
xi. Click Ok

RESOLVED PROBLEM, THANKS FOR THE HELP

I thank for the jewel suggestion, the problem it was really the formulation of the region of the DVD rom.

The notebook on which I have installed AnyDVD I have just purchased him, for which the optic unity had to be plans at least on a region and me this I had not done him.

Thanks :)

in effects it is really that the problem.
It needs to make the setting of the region as soon as a notebook or a DVD Rom it is purchased.

Normally the drive is preset to the region it was bought in.

The notebook just purchased, didn't have any selected region.
