Does CloneDVDmobile convert directly to AMC format ?
Have a cheapo mp4 player and have had success converting another products mp4 file to mp4-AMC, but am looking for something that converts in 1 step.
 
- fix: a bug in mencoder.exe resulted in faulty MP4/AVC files

This makes it appear as it does, but which setting selection ?

Have mailed Slysoft, no reply yet.

Sorry, I have never heard of a format called "AMC".
Unless you've misspelled it and meant AVC, but I don't think so.
 
Confirmed that AMC is a video format for cheapo chinese mp4 players.
My bad on the incorrect AVC connection with Clonedvdmobile. I'm assuming that I will have to keep converting MP4 for IPOD to AMC with the converter tool.
Thanks for the reply, was hoping ClonedvdMobile was my solution.
