When I boot-up I get a red X dialog box with the above message and an OK button. What's up?

Spybot Teatimer can cause hangups.

a) Keep your license key file backed up safely
b) Uninstall Anydvd (start-->all programs-->Slysoft--->Anydvd-->Uninstall)
c) Reboot
d) Try running a registry cleaner program at this point like CCleaner
e) Download Anydvd http://static.slysoft.com/SetupAnyDVD.exe
f) Exit all Slysoft programs (including Anydvd, Clonedvd2, Clonecd, Clonecdtray, Clonedvdmobile, etc.). Check Windows Task Manager if you have to.
g) At this point disable your antivirus and firewall programs
h) Reinstall
i) Reboot
j) Install your license key (if required) http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=732
k) At this point enable your antivirus and firewall programs

Can you provide a little more information, like:
Which AnyDVD version? (if not 6.1.6.9, please update)
Running as Trial version, registered version or cracked?
OS version?
32/64 bit?

Thanks!

I hope someone wouldn't admit to using a cracked version on Slysoft's forum!

My error Message

Currently using 6.1.6.9

Fully paid for and registered (duh).

I'll try uninstalling/reinstalling and report back...
