First second truncated and first frame looks bad

These are pretty old problems that have never been fixed.
Are you ever going to fix them??
If you're NOT going to fix them at least tell us, or give us an ETA.

The first second or so of all titles converted is always truncated, and the first frame always look like crap (lots of blocking).

I'm writing using the first person because I know SlySoft people come here.
