Clone CD and Macintosh CD / DVDs

Can Clone CD copy mac disks like the OS X dvd or MS office DVD. I like to make backups of these disks that I keep as images in case the disks get damaged. I do not think there is any copy protection on the disks as they are just media.

Thank you. Because the PC cannot read the mounted image there was no way to check without writing it to a dvd and trying to use it on the mac

PC can copy the disk but not read mac format - totally different formats and O/S to start with.
