Version 6.1.6.7 not clearing CSS protection

Been using ANYDVD without much incident for a long time on the same computer with the same configuration. I use Video Vault and/or 1Click DVD 4.2
One or the other always works. I use ANYDVD for the exclusive purpose to clear the copy protection so I can backup my DVD's. For whatever reason ANYDVD has stopped working. I have a set of 4 DVD's and I get CSS copy errors on all 4. Here is the "status" page:

I have not uninstalled ANYDVD. I have a few older upgrades on my system to reinstall but I don't seem to have any keycode from when I first purchased it back in March 2006 (Approx). Did I get a key code? Anyway, I need this to start working again. I sure hope you can help. Let me know if you need anything else from me.

That's normal. What's the exact error message you receive from the program you're using?

I use Video Vault and/or 1Click DVD 4.2

4.2 is pretty old, and I'm told it can't handle some newer discs. You may want to try using Anydvd ripper--and then use 4.2. Or simply upgrade or try Clonedvd.
