Folks,
I along with most of you have been recently sabitaged in our use of Clone DVD and since the majority of you have not recieved a answer to this, I believe that the next step is informing the Webmasters in your area and countries.. If there are enough of the same complaint, they can discontinue the use of this company on the web and also bring a lawsuit against them for unfair business practices and illegal file tampering via the internet. I would like to open it up to you.. all of you.. one person is a complainer, thousands of us is a serious problem. let me here from you and what you think. thanks for reading.

You have maybe solved one problem, but on the forum you have a number of loyal customers that have suddenly expeirianced the same problem including myself. I only have been updating from the same update reminder since I have owned the full version and now suddenly hundreds of people are having the same problem? And all the same version update? There something that just dont sit right with me. I believe that Slysoft should get to the bottom of this and fix this error so that hundreds of loyal customers dont become loyal enemies. I would like to hear a sensible reason and solution to this problem.

I'm very confident that Elaborate Bytes is looking into the problems with CloneDVD 2.9.1.0. James has already noted that a known problem exists under Windows 9x/ME with the registration process. We have all read about other issues, as well. Now we just have to wait for a resolution and that's no different than any other software program that has problems. In the meantime go back to using CloneDVD 2.9.0.9.

How about having some patience?
 
Regardless of the fact that this post is nearly unintelligible it is offensive and uncalled for. You talk about sabotage, a lawsuit, illegal business practices and tampering with computer files. Are you referring to Slysoft? Why in heck would Slysoft intentionally do anything of the sort?

I suggest you learn some patience and let Elaborate Bytes resolve the current problems with the CloneDVD 2.9.1.0 and Slysoft resolve any of the new issues with AnyDVD 6.1.6.7.

In the end we will all be happy and end up with a better product.

Geez, I wonder what happens when he uses a public restroom and the single-ply toilet paper is too rough on his bottom. Lawsuit? Assault by toilet paper? Intentional cause of bodily harm? Reckless endangerment? Attempted murder by rectal bleeding? *mumble*

Again, if you download from Slysoft or Elby's websites, you will not get trojans. Period. Either your antivirus software isn't as good as you think it is, or you received the trojan elsewhere.

I'd like to see proof of this "hundreds of users" claim. Most issues are resolved between the seat and the keyboard.

bartman42, if you want to troll find somewhere else to do it.

Trolling is something along the realms to post crap about a product on their forum to just cause problems in general.

This is just a basic there is more in depth definitions too I believe.

My problem is not CloneDVD - its working just fine - my problem is the update of CloneDVD HOSED my AnyDVD - no matter what I do - AnyDVD comes up instant trial expired - and this happen RIGHT after installing a CloneDVD update.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reinstalled key to no end. Something else was written to my computer drive and/or registry to mistakenly blacklist my key I assume.

You say patince, I have been patient since I filed the problem LAST friday, today is wedesday - thats 5 days ago with NO WORD from Slysoft that there is a problem and they are working on it. All we are getting is no responses to our support emails....

I am almost to the point now of using another solutions to use softare I PURCHASED....

One very displeased customer....

I doubt Clonedvd has anything to do with your issue. I suspect your Anydvd key is blacklisted. Visit http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=196 and read Tom's post.
 
Nevermind - this is not going anywhere..... Your not reading what I am trying to stay - AnyDVD did not change versions, CloneDVD got upgraded and hosed AnyDVD - I am not the only one with this problem. There are at least from going thru posts in these forums about 20+ ppls - all mysterly start having the same problem and not getting any response from tech support......

Slysoft just lost 2 yr customer.

I have found a registry/drive cleaner that removes the hidden trial info and keygen. My PURCHASED software is now working again until IF and WHEN slysoft EVER responds to my tech support tickets....

Actually, I did understand you.

If you purchased the program legally, then there is no keygen. A keygen is an illegal hack.

Unless you're using Windows 98 (for which there is a known issue), that sure sounds like key blacklisting issue to me.

As for 20 people having key blacklisting issues, that doesn't really surprise me. Keys are often blacklisted when they end up in the file sharing community.

Slysoft responds to all emails. You might want to check your spam filters.

That said, new versions of Anydvd and Clonedvd will be released soon (which may or may not resolve your issue depending on whether
you have a key blacklisting issue).
