AnyDVD 6.1.6.6 will not install

Running Vista Ultimate. I just downloaded the latest AnyDVD version. When I try to install it, I get an error message "{path}SetupAnyDVD6166.exe is not a valid Win32 application". None of the previous versions gave me any problem. I re-downloaded to make sure, but it doesn't help.

1. Disable User Account Control.
2. Run Vista as Adminstrator
3. After doing 1 and 2, try reinstalling.
 
Clear your cache (temporary internet files for your browser) and re-download.
