Ok but I keep having troubles.
I get a message that it's backing up my file but says I can back up but cannot burn. I started having trouble after the last update. I did do the unistall of AnyDVD and reinstalled it. And I've also ran the CCleaner too.
Any thoughts. I forget the exact wording on the error message. :(

The Shrink says....
The Burn did not complete successfully.

However all output files were successfully encoded, and they are ready for burning with appropriate DVD burning software.

Does this help???? THANKS!

This is not an Anydvd issue at all. This is a Shrink issue. (I'm not use to reading Shrink error logs, but it appears to me that your burner or Shrink isn't recognizing your blank media).

1. Uninstall Nero's Incd. Packet writing software tends to cause nothing but problems. If you want drag and drop functionality use dvd-ram instead.

2. Use Taiyo Yuden Premium or Verbatim blank media

Can you tell me how to remove those PLEASE!

I am using TDK Dvd's are those not good ones? I have used the Verbatim before with no troubles, will get those again. THANKS!

Can you tell me how to remove those PLEASE!

Use Nero's uninstall program. You can keep Nero. Just tell Nero's uninstall program to uninstall Incd only.

I am using TDK Dvd's are those not good ones?

In all likelyhood, no.

Give me a media code.

---
6) What blank media are you using? Specify a) brand name b)type (-R, +R, -RW, +RW, RAM, DL, etc.) c)media code, d) capacity/size, e) batch codes/serial codes (often found printed on the inner plastic hub of the blank disc), and f)country (factory information would be great as well, if possible) where the media was made (look on the physical packaging; do not rely on programs to accurately give you this information).

If you don't know how to obtain media codes, you may find the following programs useful:

http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com and http://www.dvdinfopro.com/

Ok this is strange when I go to the Nero from the startup, I don't see nothing for unistall. Am I missing something?

Sorry to be such a a pain. I really appreciate ALL your help.

sadly the wrap I had is gone. UGH!

Start-->control panel-->"Add or remove programs". Select Nero. Click "change". Nero's uninstall program should give you a list of what programs to uninstall. You only need to uninstall Incd.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is junk. But what I really want is a media code. Use one of the programs I linked to in my previous post to obtain the information I want.

Uh Oh... I did the nero unistall........It completely uninstalled it.
Didn't give me a list, just uninstalled the entire thing.
Hmmmmm not sure where I got it from either. Oh no!!

I have dial-up and not by choice, so gonna take me a bit to get that downloaded to check.

 Nero 6 and Nero 7 gave me a list.

Maybe a Nero cd came with your burner?

Mine came with Roxio.... I think a friend loaned me nero.
Can I do a restore and get it back?

Can I do a restore and get it back?

Unless you backed up Nero, no.

Lending software is illegal where I am, so I'm not sure how much further I can assist you with obtaining Nero again. Anyway, Nero is the program that installs incd. Typically the uninstaller allows you to select and uninstall incd separately (this is true of Nero 6.6 and 7.x)

My apologies for Nero being completely uninstalled. That doesn't normally happen in my experience. What would be really bad is if Incd is still on your system despite all that.
