Madagascar unable to back up

for some reason i'm not able to back up this movie ,can someone tell me what i should do now? it give's me an error and i saved it to desktop where would i send it to .. Thank's for any help

i have windows xp and i use the clonedvd and the anydvd running in the back ground. and yes the disc is mine my grandkids love to watch it all the time and i would like to back it up so it won't get all messed up.as far as the error goes i forgot what it was and i deleted it like a dummy!!i will have to try to back it up again when i can then i can get the error and post it...
