When trying to rip the Matrix Revolutions HD DVD bonus material disc (side B of the main disc), AnyDVD HD (tried v6.1.6.0 and the new beta 6.1.6.2) reports that it's "Repairing defective DVD structure" (which takes quite a while), then after 100% processed I get an error message which simply states "CloneMap 1". If I hit OK, I get another message asking me to confirm whether to delete the directory where the DVD was being ripped to.

Here's the checklist:
1. Yes, 6.1.6.0 and 6.1.6.2 tried.
2. I think so, nothing in that list is installed.
3. The Matrix Revolutions HD DVD bonus material (side B of the main HD DVD), US.
4. Xbox 360 external drive, XP SP2
5.
Code:
Summary for drive I: (AnyDVD 6.1.6.2)
TOSHIBA DVD/HDX807616 MC08 10/03/06
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)
Size of first Layer: 2042576 sectors (3989 MBytes)
Total size: 3971222 sectors (7756 MBytes)

Video DVD (or CD) label: THE_MATRIX_REVOLUTIONS_D2
Media is CSS protected!
Video Standard: NTSC
Media is region free.

RCE protection not found.
DVD structure appears to be correct.
Found & removed structural copy protection (Arccos, Puppetlock)!
Changed firstplay: Jump directly to TitleMenu!
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Found & removed 2 bad sector protections!
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!
6. See above. Only running AnyDVD HD and Thunderbird at the time.
7. I searched for "CloneMap 1" and "Matrix Revolutions" and didn't see anything applicable...

Any thoughts?
Thanks, erikt.

Could you please uncheck this and try it again?
You have got the latest clonedvd right (2.9.0.9)?
If if it still fails although you unchecked the option you should really send the ifos.

I believe this is the problem:

Found & removed structural copy protection (Arccos, Puppetlock)!

Matrix is a Warner disc, they don't use Arccos, RipGuard or other crap.
(Unless they just started, but I don't think they did).

Thanks for all the replys everyone. I sent the IFOs as suggested, and disabling "Copy protection based on unreadable sectors" worked as a workaround.

Cheers,
erikt

Thank you. If you could also, do the following, I think James would appreciate it:

upload the zip file to the forums:
a) when you reply or post a new thread, look for the icon that looks like
attach.gif

b) if you don't see that icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
c) a small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
d) click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
e) click "upload"

OK, here you go. Had to split it into two parts due to size limitiations. Part 2 in the next post.

Please try AnyDVD 6.1.6.4, it should solve this problem.
