I have AnyDVD, 6.1.3.6 and have had great success. Today I experienced my first failure copying "Casino Royale". Has anyone had the same experience and solved this problem?

i copied this disc successfully weeks ago (uk/pal version).

I copied this perfectly using AnyDVD and Nero Recode
 
As with most problems of this nature, you most likely have a bad disc, but it is hard to tell with what little information you have provided. What EXACTLY was your failure? (Please note that this is NOT a problem with AnyDVD)
