I am sorry if I am not following the rules...what is the procedure for notifying slysoft about keys that are not working?
I am assuming:
Summary for drive K: (AnyDVD 6.1.3.6)
NERO IMAGEDRIVE2 2.26
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Media is a DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 1
Total size: 4718592 sectors (9216 MBytes)
Video Blu-Ray label: 89707103_000001_BLACK_CROWS
Media is AACS protected!
Failed to retrieve AGID!
ERROR processing Blu-Ray disc!

this disc has been out for awhile

what a great product, keep up the good work!

That doesn't seem like a key problem.
Looks to me like a burned DVD (or BD-R), not like a pressed Blu-Ray disc.

interesting, since I only have a ps3, I have been making backups via .isos and then mounting them via nero

have had no issues with the other 7 or so (with unpublished keys)

this was the first time I have seen this...

i will look at it again

thanks for the prompt reply!!!

i revisited this...the .iso is fine (using isobuster)..of course anydvd hd will happy "rip" the still encrypted files, but they are unplayable...
