Is it possible Input NTSC output PAL???

I have a couple of DVD's I made iso files from and I would like to output them onto a DVD in PAL format to be played in Austrailia. Is this possible or am I not comprehending the NTSC/PAL problem.

Clonedvd does not convert ntsc to pal.
