MKV audio sync issue

I just started playing with “anotherAC3to” and I am now getting an audio delay. It seems ok up to about 90 min and 120 min it’s clearly off.

I think reclock will solve my problem if I can figure out how to use it. I have not been able to find the “manual” so if some can show where I can find the manual I will read it.
 
The manual is in the install dir once reclock is installed. There should also be a shortcut to it in the reclock dir in the start menu.
