I am having problems with ripping DVDs with Anydvd. I try to use DVD shrink at first but halfway through the analysis, " Data Error ( cyclic reduncancy check) " something error shows up. I then tried to rip it to the hard disk with anydvd and I enable the option " remove unreferenced and blank cells " ( i dont know if it makes a difference. It starts ripping but at 13% a read error shows up, and asks if I want to ignore read erros, but when I click yes, speed will have fallen to about 0.00 to 0.9 MB/s and it keeps decreasing and thus time remaining something reaches very high amounts possibly above 100000 minutes. At that point I abort because it's way too long to wait. What can I do to make rips take place at the regular speeds?

I don;t know what version my ANYDVD is but it supports HD and BLUe-Ray so I guess its quite recent.

Don't select that option.

Move your mouse cursor down to your toolbar and place it over the red fox icon. If it doesn't say Anydvd 6.1.3.3, your Anydvd version is outdated. If so, update it:
