My dvd drive keeps coming up as a cd drive and anydvd wont read the dvd....what do i do???

AnyDVD seems to have conflicts with a lot of new Lite-On drives. GLOG refers to your firmware version and it seems to be the latest version. To the best of my knowledge, there is no sure fix for the problem. There "should" be a resolution to the problem soon.

well i decided to format and reinstall windows....it might sounds drastic but its working now....but thanks again for the help
