Sony Pictures/ Casino Royale

I did full disc backup and it starts with the Spiderman 3 preview and goes all the way through.
Yes this makes sense. After I included VTS 6 & 7 with the main title set, my menu funtioned correctly. (using Copy DVD Titles option)

Yep, 21 minutes.

To answer your question about the equipment to do this one in 21 mins. I build my own Computers, this one is an AMD X2 3800 Socket AM2 Dual Core with an Nvidia chipset based Mobo & 1 gig of DDR2667 Dual channel RAM, and a WD SAT300 hard drive, LG GSA-4167B Burner, LG GDR-8164B reader & Verbatim DVD+R 16x media burned @8x.:agree:
...how & what kind of equipment will read & write this 144 minute main movie title, with 96 bad sectors, in 21 minutes? ...that burner/drive must have a Nitrous Bottle hooked up to it! ... my AnyDVD 6130+CloneDVD2+NEC 16X burner needed alot more minutes on this Sony Infected Flick....like 36 to read it, & 12 to write it....help me out here,.........

I am having trouble also with Casino Royale and am using AnyDVD 6.1.3.0 and CloneDVD2 29035. Keep getting CRC error but disk looks brand new tried to clean it but no help.

Bad original

Also from http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=885

"If Saw3 R1, Open Season R1, Grudge2 R1, Running with Scissors R1, Zoom: Academy for Superheroes, Stranger Than Fiction R1 Holiday, Rocky Balboa, or Casino Royale is not working with Anydvd 6.1.2.0 and Clonedvd2 or Clonecd, then chances are you have a bad original that needs to be either cleaned or exchanged (even if the disc looks fine and plays fine, the disc can still suffer from quality control issues)."

Yes I am having trouble with CRC errors. The disk looks good tried cleaning it but still get them. I am using Anydvd 6.1.3.0 and Clonedvd2 2.9.03 also.

Do not post the exact same issue in multiple threads please; do not crosspost.

I too have been having problems with all Sony Pictures films (ie: Click, Casino Royal, Open Season, etc) and Columbia Pictures (ie: The Forgotten).

The message I receive is:

Creation of DVD files was not successfull:
NavigationPack 0 VOBU 4 70 25 TCE

I have AnyDVD 6.1.3.0 and CloneDVD 1.3.10.1 and have had no problems with any other titles. I have even tried my mothers copies of these titles and get the same result. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

((With three children, I have to backup everything))

I did a full 1:1 copy and also a compressed version, ripped and plays fine. Did find an audio CD that I couldnt copy though. Thats in the CloneCD forum

"overlapping I/O operation" w/Casino Royale. I don't get the error while using AnyDvd, it's after when using ShrinkDvd. AnyDvd saved me w/others but, not this one.

Also had same error w/Saw3. Found another product that breezes right through both of them "DVDFab Gold", give it a try If your not having any luck...30 day free trial.

Well, you're posting this in the CloneDVD forum so I'm assuming you used AnyDVD & CloneDVD? If so did you should run the VOBs through FixVTS before using DVDShrink. Doing this should resolve problems with the newer Sony protections and using DVDShrink.

I'm sorry, feel like an idiot, didn't realize I wasn't in AnyDvd forum. Is FixVTS part of AnyDvd or CloneDvd? I don't own Clone.

FixVTS is not part of either of them, it is a standalone application for cleaning up movies.

if running the latest version of any dvd make sure you check copy protection based on unreadable sectors under settings menu
