Vista Error?

I am trying for the 1st time since installing vista to copy a DVD with Clone DVD2. I keep getting this error and have No idea what it means or what to do. Can anyone help? It happens to every DVD I try. Never had a problem with XP.

It's possible you have a corrupt installation:

THANK YOU! Actually I did not touch the directory, but I can bet that the pc cleanup program I used did! Grrrrr.

"You accidently deleted the "eraser" directory. The eraser directory is required; if it is removed CloneDVD will stop working properly. Simply reinstall CloneDVD, and it will work again. And please, never touch CloneDVD's installation directory! "--Olli
