problems with these movies

has any body else have problems with cloning... zoom, employee of the month,saw 3,srynia,the prestige?
i updated my any dvd
i have clone dvd 2.9.01
am i doing something wrong

errors include
media not found
when trying to rip using any dvd
i get errors reading file
when its like 7-9%
i cleaned the disc
many of times
i even went back to walmart and got a new one
any help here?

Clean your source discs and try again.

Backups are freezing up...

I backedup The Departed and The Prestige and both had freeze ups. All software is updated, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I use Sony and Memorex as my media, usually no problems there. Could it be a speed problem? Both originals work great. Any ideas?

Memorex CMC Magnetics Taiwan Media is cheap problematic Media and should be avoided. Not all Sony Media is manufactured by Sony. Some Sony Media is out sourced manufactured and can be problematic. Suggest acquiring known proven quality Media such as Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden.

Also suggest checking and ensuring that your DVD Burner has the newest most current up to date Firmware that is available.

Also suggest lowering your Burning Speed slightly lower than the rated speed of the blank Media that you are using. It should be noted that attempting to Burn Media at excessively Slow Speeds could also cause Freezing/Skipping problems.
