I am experiencing a problem on a new laptop I have the Slysoft suite installed on. During the copying process, anywhere between chapter 10 and chapter 22, the program freezes up and won't copy any further. Any suggestions? Thanks for your input.

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
