Cant rip golden Compass to HDD

I have the latest version of anydvd hd 6.4.2.1
I have attached the logfile and the sticky responses are as follow:

1.) running version 6.4.2.1
2.) attached is the logfile
3.) "ERROR READING FROM DRIVE D:" Stops on file 00006.m2ts about 75% of the way through
4.) no packet software installed
5.) no burning software used. problem happens on ripping
6.) GOLDEN_COMPASS_D1, Region A, USA, 5/6/08
7.) Liteon DH-4O1S Firmware cp54 (latest)
8.) no blank media
9.) n/a
10.)

11.) it appears the problem other people are having are for golden compass DVD, if I am wrong sorry, this is for the blu-ray title
12.) power = 12000 va UPS, 60hz triple phase sine wave verified w. scope, 119vac



any suggestions as to how to fix this?

it also does the blu-ray version fine too, cause I ripped it and watched it afterward with no issues, unless they made a bug in this latest version, mine was ripped with version 6.4.2.0,
 
ok then, my only point was to confirm having been able to do this disc in blu-ray with no problem dunno if that helps or not but as it goes:D

I also had no problems ripping that disk.
 
Well, turns out it was a bad disc, Fresh out of the case from Frys with no visible deformities.
They swapped it out after puzzled looks and it ripped correctly
Darn Blu-ray!
