I checked the bad disk/hardware by Samuri...IMGburn does "successfully" create an ISO image, but when mounted (either with or without AnyDVD running) the image does not properly mount (the interactive elements don't function). However, the film plays well from the disc (with or without AnyDVD running). This makes me believe that I don't have a problem with my hardware, but I don't know what kind of software conflicts I may have now. I had Instant Burn on my computer, removed the files and I also used the instructions given to use imgburn to delete items in my registry. I tried using two different disks to see if perhaps one had been a bad disc over the other, but both give me a FileIO error when trying to rip them. Please help.

My hardware is all HDCP compliant (not that it matters with a DVD, but who knows) specs are as follows: LG GGW-H20L , core 2 duo e6700 @ 3.5, 4 gigs gskill ram, dual sli 8800 gts 512, 680i motherboard, 700 watt psu.
