Hi - I want to copy only selected tracks from a music CD, not the entire CD - I don't see that option of CD Clone - am I missing something obvious?

You can't do that with CloneCD. CloneCD does what the name implies. It clones the disc thereby making a 1:1 copy.

You'll need to use a third party program to do what you are looking to do.
