Forced Subtitles?

Is there a way to include only the forced subtitles when creating a video with CloneDVDmobile? This is kind of a big deal in movies like Star Wars (where a third of the movie is in an alien language) and Lord of the Rings (same with Elvish). Not every movie has a separate subtitle track for just the forced ones, some just flag them as forced and the DVD player picks it up and displays them. For instance, in Phantom Menace I believe the 4th subtitle track has all the forced subtitles, but it also says "Lucas" or "Burtt" every so often at the top of the screen. So evidently its the same as the commentary track without the audio.

Anyway, is this possible to do yet?

This was just discussed in another thread for Star Wars specifically - see
